MTS moving came to my place yesterday to move a staggering 4700lbs from our Toronto apartment to our new life in Victoria, BC. From our initial consultations over the phone, the agents were professional, personable and most importantly very direct and transparent with their costing and other additional fees. We packed all our things ourselves and even weighed them before the move to make sure we were being charged right. On the day of the move, i must credit our 2 excellent movers for their expediency and commitment Abdal and AJ. They were polite, personable and very thorough with their packing of our furniture - some of which were quite tricky - think a 150lbs oak hutch with multiple pieces. They found a way to secure it, and then wrap it snugly in the moving blankets. We were very impressed, and perhaps not surprised since the company states all their movers have a wealth of experience in the field. I really trust that these pieces will end up at our destination unscathed. The weights came in a few hours after the moving truck left our apartment and it was very close to our expectations. 48h after the move and they're already in Regina. Our experience has been wonderful and i highly recommend MTS for any cross-country move.

MTS moving was amazing to work with! I moved to a different province and the care they put from start to finish was the best I have experienced before! Their prices were transparent, communication was extremely clear, and their movers took great care to wrap everything nicely and deliver it all accounted for. They even had to get creative with some larger pieces of furniture but still managed to get everything into my new space. I also had to store my things for a few weeks before settling into my new place and there was no issues. We recently chose MTS for our long-distance move from Oakville to Calgary, and so far it’s been a great experience. The movers arrived right on time (we had booked the elevator for 3 hours;which was a huge relief). They even rolled out a protective carpet to keep the floors safe. UPDATE from Calgary drop off Got a call from the dispatch team on 9th July 2025 that all our items will be delivered to our new address in Calgary on 10th July. Again, full communication was maintained by the MTS team and I was given a window of the arrival. However, the team arrived 2 hours early which was fantastic. We got to meet Simran, Hans and Harjot who very efficiently and swiftly brought back our luggage. They put in all boxes and kids big toys safely and as per directions. Very respectful and humble guys and had a smile on their face. Kudos to MTS for having such honest and efficient employees in their team. We had great experience with the Brampton moving team and equally pleasant was the experience in Calgary to receive our items.
