What our customers say about MTS Moving

Charles, Mandeep and Emre came early to pick up items for my move to a different province. They were very efficient and very friendly/polite. They handled all my belongings with care. Would use MTS moving again in future because of these 3 guys.

great on the customer service end from Matt. as for the move, Emre, Mandeep, and Charles killed it! these guys were super friendly and accommodating while working quickly and efficiently; around an hour from start to finish for a one-bedroom apartment with 2 occupants. worth!

The experience was excellent. Such care taken with our belongings. Kind and considerate. Nigel and Hamza were incredible. I highly recommend them

The team was extremely punctual, careful with everything, and genuinely great people! We chose their services because of all the positive reviews, and now we're seeing why firsthand. The first step was completed successfully—now we're just waiting for our belongings to arrive at our final destination. Highly recommended so far!

Moving can be stressful but MTS is the best choice for keeping things simple and moving with confidence! Cannot recommend them more, very satisfied with everything.

One of the best experiences I’ve had with a moving company. The team in Toronto and Vancouver was efficient, professional and pay great attention to detail. It only took 9 days for all my things to leave my door in Toronto to them being moving into Vancouver. Would recommend this company to anyone who’s looking to move. I’d give it 6 stars if I could.

Manpreet, Danny and Nigel did a fantastic job, very professional and friendly. They set up our furniture and adjustable bed, and took their time to ensure it was all done properly. Very happy with their service.

Perfect delivery from MTS's Burham & Abullah.

MTS provide exceptional service for our move. From the first contact with Jacob to the pick up day. Hamza & Nigel were awesome. Quick, efficient and friendly. They took care of our items when wrapping and moving them. They were in and out in 2hours. Highly recommended MTS.

Great pickup service. Ajay and Nigel were super fast, clean and thorough. They understood I'm moving long distance from Toronto to Vancouver and did an excellent job with the inventory of items, customized packing solutions for different items and were very customer friendly. Will update review once delivery is completed. So far, I'd definitely recommend MTS to anyone moving long distance.

We had a great experience with MTS Moving. The team was professional, punctual, careful, and very efficient throughout the entire move. They handled our belongings with great care, including larger and more delicate items, and made what could have been a stressful moving day feel smooth and well organized. The communication was excellent, and the team was friendly and respectful from start to finish. Really appreciate the hard work and professionalism. I would definitely recommend MTS Moving to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy moving company!

Vin and masood where amazing! These guys guided me, spoke to me and adviced me on how to move and pack, guided me with the weights and advised me. Infact I will be using MTS & Recommending MTS because of these guys! Thank You So Much Vin & Masood for making my life easy. Thank you! Yes! Also Allan was very nice and helpful from when he called me when I made my enquiry for the moving as well. He was patient and kept respectfully cold calling me until I got a house address and Kamloops. Great team👍🏽

The initial start of our move was with Charles & another man(sorry can’t remember his name) were amazing when packing our house up into the moving van. In and out just under 4 hours. Due to timeline from pickup date to delivery of a week was held in their storage. The 3 gentlemen(didn’t get their names) that delivered our items to new home took an hour and half to unpack the truck. Overall review from first phone call with the company to the final drop off was very informative and helpful. Everyone we dealt with was polite and efficient. Was definitely nervous with moving from one province to another with all our fragile items. Walked us through every step of the process. Kept in contact with us as the moving date came closer. Confirming if we had any new items we needed to add to our list of items for moving. Exact time the movers were to arrive for pickup and delivery. We would 100% recommend MTS for any future moves.

Charles and Jackson were amazing! Arrived an hour early and was very careful and efficient. Will use MTS again

Erwin and Masood did a good job on pickup. They handled all the stuff with care and was very fast with the pickup. Definitely recommend this moving company

Jackson and masood fantastic move

So glad I went with MTS for our move from Calgary to Vancouver! It was overall a successful move for us and we were happy with the end result. The pick up team was great and efficient, but the delivery team was absolutely amazing! Everyone in the team was very communicative, kind, fast and helpful, it went super smooth. I can also tell that we have no damage in the furnitures because they were packed really good! Only downside was the communication I had with the Dispatch Team. First, we were given the wrong delivery date, and we got worried, then when I mentioned the stairs in the new place he said there is an extra fee because on the file it was saying no stairs in our delivery address. But when I reached out to our amazing rep Jacob, he got all these details sorted out quickly and efficiently. And then Cagatay showed up a day earlier than we were told and said that he came early to double check if the truck can park here and that the truck was actually on its way to us, we got a great surprise and gladly accepted the delivery! Everything went great afterwards! They unloaded everything so fast and carried the heaviest stuff so quickly that we couldn’t believe their strength! I hope I wouldn’t need to move between provinces again, but if I do, I know who I’ll be calling!

I would like to express my deepest pleasure for MTS. Particulary Hamza Edwin and masood, They are very cooperative, honest and highly professional for our packing and moving out my households. I highly recommended MTS moving for short and long distance moving.

Exceptional 5x⭐️ service & kindness from MTS Moving & Storage today in Surrey, BC. We needed extra help moving heavy furniture from our storage container to a UHaul truck and Charles & his team were incredibly kind & helpful. Highly recommend MTS Moving & Storage. Special thanks to Charles & his team. You guys ROCK 💪Mike&Cyn Roney

Ajay, Jackson, Sunny were all amazing and kind and drew a great computer on the box. Highly recommend these guys!

Service from MTS has been spectacular so far. Moving between provinces is a big job and the guys at MTS are top notch. From the booking process with Jacob to the pick up and loading by Sunny , Hamza and AJ, the process has been smooth, transparent and professional. I have confidence the delivery and unloading will be the same.

Masood and Edwin provided great service in helping me move! They were very professional, efficient and helpful. Would recommend

Manpreet and Jackson were fast and professional!

Masood and his team did a fantastic job.

Very friendly and efficient service. We are moving across Canada and were hesitant to even move our belongings, but found MTS. Jacob was great to deal with and very helpful with planning what to pack and how to stay within 2000 lbs prior to the move. We had Masoud and Jackson as our movers today who packed up our apartment. Both were very friendly, fast, and careful with our belongings. Excellent service so far!

Charles and Kirk were great! They were on time and got all of our things off the truck and into our apartment in an hour.

I cannot recommend MTS Moving enough! From the booking coordinator to the dispatch team and to the movers themselves I had such an amazing experience. We moved from BC to Alberta and they made the process way less stressful. They were communicative the whole way through and our bill actually came in less than what we were quoted which was awesome! I must have called 20 different moving companies and MTS really stood out above the rest. Charles, Kirk and Emore facilitated our move from Vancouver and were outstanding. They arrived on time and packed all of our belongings with caution and care. And they were also all incredibly nice people! Our movers on the backend were also fantastic and super quick! Not one item missing or damaged. Highly recommend!

Masood, Edwin and Jackson came in on time and really appreciated their effort how to handle our stuff. These guys are very professional how to handle the moved and worry free and stress free. I must recommend to my families and friends

Thank you, Edwin, Jackson and Masood for the handy help.

Thank you Jackson, Edwin and Masood from MTS Moving for the quick, efficient and friendly service. They also did a great job explaining everything and were careful. Excellent driving/parking the large truck as well. Much appreciated!

Masood, Edwin and Jackson were great hard working guys Very pleasant to deal with

Edwin, Masood and Jackson. Great crew. They were efficient, well organized, were very transparent, workers work very well as a team. Were very friendly. Great service.

I had a great experience with Sunny, AJ, and Hamza from MTS. They were extremely helpful with packing everything carefully and loading the truck efficiently. The whole team was friendly, professional, and handled everything with great care. They made a stressful moving process much easier with their positive attitude and hard work. I truly appreciate their help and would highly recommend them! Hoping the rest of the move goes smoothly and that the team on the other end is just as great as Sunny, AJ, and Hamza!

The consultant was patient and professional. Guys who picked up my stuff were good and fast(attached photo) Also, I had a good experience with three movers who delivered, Masood, Edwin and Jackson. Con’s: They promised to deliver whitin 21 days but it took 30 days. They returned $50 days per day. The real score is 4.2 not 5 stars because of delay. However as there is nothing between 4 and 5 stars, I don’t want to consider 4 so I gave them 5.

MTS provided us with exceptional service on our recent move. They were very professional and knowledgeable from our very first contact right down to doing a FaceTime video tour of our previous home to get a better idea of the scope of the job. Our furniture arrived on time and the crews were very efficient and friendly. Would absolutely recommend them! Best moving experience yet!

Just got my items delivered; Charles and Douglas were efficient, careful and helpful moving in my items. Perfect close out for the whole moving phase from Ontario to BC! The movers in Ontario who came up to Ottawa for a small fee, will equally courteous, efficient and organized. Overall I am satisfied with MTS moving. Moving is stressful, MTS moving has the procedures and structure to reduce the stress with the clear online tools, notifications and follow up prior pick up and prior delivery. If there was to be any misunderstanding, it would be cleared out rather quickly and the transport went smoothly. They do have a minimum weight for their services, just be aware of that and take into account the coordination and logistics needed for cross country moving. I wanted something cost efficient and avoid some of the headaches and worry that come with other movers. I got my quote and booked it early before the Hormuz war, so they honoured the rates per the quote as opposed to now, the time of execution, where rates and fuel prices has gone up. Looking forward to unpack and rewind!

Our experience with MTS was absolutely exceptional. They were extremely friendly, helpful and quick to answer to our questions throughout the entire the entire process of our move from Vancouver to Ontario. They handled everything with great care and were very efficient. We would definitely recommend their services!

Raman and Harjot did an amazing job. Very helpful and friendly, efficient and quick. I'd recommend them anytime - 5 stars and more if possible! Masood and team did a great job in packing my belongings and was very impressive. He was very fast and efficient. Thank you MTS Movers for a fantastic job I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to move.to another province. Also would like to thank Vin as well for looking after me very nicely. He worked on a Sunday ad well to make sure my packing was progressing.

Charles and Gurjeet were amazing. They were communicative, arrived on time and finished moving ahead of schedule. Very happy with the pick-up.

I would highly recommend MTS Moving and will use them for any other moves. Charles and Gurjeet were extremely helpful, courteous and took great care of my items. They delivered my items early and I was very happy about that. The two gentleman that picked up my items in Ontario were equally as amazing.

We trusted MTS to move our sentimentally valuable antique bronze from Toronto to Victoria BC and they did a magnificent job. Properly packaged and handled with care it was delivered exactly on time and with a very professional, friendly and courteous crew. Communication throughout the entire process from order entry to final delivery was outstanding. Bravo MTS!
