Secure Moving Storage Services - Flexible Solutions for Your Move

August 2026

The initial start of our move was with Charles & another man(sorry can’t remember his name) were amazing when packing our house up into the moving van. In and out just under 4 hours. Due to timeline from pickup date to delivery of a week was held in their storage. The 3 gentlemen(didn’t get their names) that delivered our items to new home took an hour and half to unpack the truck. Overall review from first phone call with the company to the final drop off was very informative and helpful. Everyone we dealt with was polite and efficient. Was definitely nervous with moving from one province to another with all our fragile items. Walked us through every step of the process. Kept in contact with us as the moving date came closer. Confirming if we had any new items we needed to add to our list of items for moving. Exact time the movers were to arrive for pickup and delivery. We would 100% recommend MTS for any future moves.

MTS Moving was phenomenal! My long‑distance move from Toronto to Vancouver couldn’t have gone smoother. From the very first call, their team was friendly, organized, and genuinely committed to making the whole experience stress‑free. They handled everything with so much care and efficiency that I felt confident every step of the way They also stored my items for a very fair price while I was in transition, which was a huge help. Communication was excellent — quick responses, clear updates, and a team that clearly takes pride in doing things right. When my belongings arrived, everything was in perfect condition and right on schedule. It’s rare to find movers who combine professionalism, reliability, and great customer service at this level. MTS Moving truly went above and beyond, and I’m incredibly grateful for how easy they made such a big move. Highly, highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy, hardworking movers who actually care about their customers.

We recently moved from Alberta to BC and MTS moving made it so much easier! Pick-up was a breeze, then they stored our stuff for an affordable price, and as soon as we received a completion date they were able to schedule our delivery right away. Our movers were also very polite and kind. We highly recommend MTS!

From the first call to the unloading of my things, everyone was very professional, they handled all of my items with care, and they also knew how to stack everything into my new storage facility very well. I would highly recommend MTS Moving for your long distance moving. I would appreciate the help of Mike and Masood who took care of it professionally.

Vin and Masood helped us wrap everything up nicely and right on time for the move. Tommy, our booking agent, was incredibly accommodating and gave us free storage for a month. Thank you so much! We are very pleased with this business and will use them again in the future!

This review is specifically for the dispatch riders, the guys who came to pick up the items that we needed to move. They were excellent: Nigel and Edwin were very professional. They helped with making sure that everything was packed well, wrapped well, and moved well. They took their time and were patient with us. They helped us with packing extra things. It was just an incredible service altogether, and I cannot recommend them any better! This is specifically for Edwin and Nigel, not entirely for MTS yet until the move is complete.

Had a great experience with Edwin and Masood! They were both super friendly, professional, and worked really hard to make our move go smoothly. They were careful with all our furniture and belongings and got everything done quickly and efficiently. They left our house super clean too (laid down little carpets to walk on when they were moving). They made what could have been a stressful day so much easier. Really appreciate all their help and would definitely recommend them!

Manpreet, Danny and AJ We hired MTS Moving and Storage Inc. to handle the long-distance move of our home and office furniture, as well as our kitchen items, and we were extremely impressed with their professionalism. They did an excellent job with packing and wrapping everything carefully and securely. The entire team was courteous, humble and respectful throughout the process, which made what could have been a stressful move feel much easier. Considering the quality of service they provided, their pricing was also very competitive. We truly appreciate the care and professionalism they showed and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable moving company.

As a woman living on her own I was very anxious when it came to sorting out a cross-country move. After a significant amount of research and comparing quotes and services, speaking to Jacob, MTS' relocation specialist, was a relief. He took his time explaining the whole process and going through my inventory to ensure I was getting as realistic a quote as possible. I also felt more at ease that they specialized in long-distance moves such as mine, and were experts in handling this type of work. Simran, Apo, & Charles (first photo) picked up everything out west and even invited me to the government-approved scale to get the official weight (and my quoted weight was only 100 lbs off! Not only that, the true weight was was 100 lbs under the quote so even better). Masood & Edwin (second photo) delivered everything out east. All the way through, communication was seamless. I haven't opened the boxes yet, but from what I can tell, everything looks good and Masood & I completed an itemized inventory and everything was accounted for. Highly recommend these gentlemen for taking great care of your items, of moving everything efficiently, and for making the experience as stress-free as possible (big life changes are stressful enough). Extra shout-out to superstar Jacob for being my point-of-contact throughout and making sure we were on track! Really earned my trust and respect. Truly a blessing. I was also more than happy to support a family-owned Canadian business. Will definitely work with them again and hope you do as well!
