I cannot recommend MTS Moving enough! From the booking coordinator to the dispatch team and to the movers themselves I had such an amazing experience. We moved from BC to Alberta and they made the process way less stressful. They were communicative the whole way through and our bill actually came in less than what we were quoted which was awesome! I must have called 20 different moving companies and MTS really stood out above the rest. Charles, Kirk and Emore facilitated our move from Vancouver and were outstanding. They arrived on time and packed all of our belongings with caution and care. And they were also all incredibly nice people! Our movers on the backend were also fantastic and super quick! Not one item missing or damaged. Highly recommend!

MTS moving came to my place yesterday to move a staggering 4700lbs from our Toronto apartment to our new life in Victoria, BC. From our initial consultations over the phone, the agents were professional, personable and most importantly very direct and transparent with their costing and other additional fees. We packed all our things ourselves and even weighed them before the move to make sure we were being charged right. On the day of the move, i must credit our 2 excellent movers for their expediency and commitment Abdal and AJ. They were polite, personable and very thorough with their packing of our furniture - some of which were quite tricky - think a 150lbs oak hutch with multiple pieces. They found a way to secure it, and then wrap it snugly in the moving blankets. We were very impressed, and perhaps not surprised since the company states all their movers have a wealth of experience in the field. I really trust that these pieces will end up at our destination unscathed. The weights came in a few hours after the moving truck left our apartment and it was very close to our expectations. 48h after the move and they're already in Regina. Our experience has been wonderful and i highly recommend MTS for any cross-country move.

MTS moving was amazing to work with! I moved to a different province and the care they put from start to finish was the best I have experienced before! Their prices were transparent, communication was extremely clear, and their movers took great care to wrap everything nicely and deliver it all accounted for. They even had to get creative with some larger pieces of furniture but still managed to get everything into my new space. I also had to store my things for a few weeks before settling into my new place and there was no issues. I would recommend MTS and will definitely return as a customer if I ever need them again in the future!

The movers arrived right on time (we had booked the elevator for 3 hours;which was a huge relief). They even rolled out a protective carpet to keep the floors safe. The team was organized, efficient, and tagged everything clearly. Since I hadn’t completely finished packing, they jumped in and quickly helped box up the remaining items without any stress or fuss.
